Teacher for a Day Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Teacher for a Day! Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer Flat Rate Shipping and the estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic (within Australia): 3-7 business days
International: 7-14 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including customs processing and local delivery service delays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Australia and NZ- Once your order is shipped within you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
International- Unfortunately tracking isn't available on international orders
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at kelly@teacherforaday.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
5. Changes to Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to make adjustments.
